By accessing papepo.co.uk or registering an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using our services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

3. Web Design Services & Payments

• Quotations: All project quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Payments: All online payments are processed via Stripe.
• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is typically required before work commences.
• Project Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary content or feedback.

4. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Until full payment is received, all design drafts and code remain the property of Papepo.
• Transfer: Upon final payment, the copyright of the final website design will be transferred to the client, subject to any third-party licenses (e.g., stock photos or fonts).
• Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to display the completed project in our portfolio for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Papepo provides services on an “as-is” basis. While we strive for perfection, we do not guarantee that the website will be 100% error-free or uninterrupted.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of profits) resulting from the use of our services or third-party hosting issues.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
