To ensure fast delivery, a standard customized project typically takes 3 to 6 weeks. A detailed timeline will be provided before contract signing.
Which Content Management System (CMS) or framework do you use?
To achieve a balance of quality, speed, and customization, we primarily use WordPress as the CMS foundation, integrated with specific high-quality frameworks or tools to ensure optimized performance and flexibility.
Who owns the website upon completion?
Once the website is completed and all payments are settled, you will own 100% of the website, including the design files, content, and database.
Do you provide technical support and maintenance after the website is launched?
Yes. We offer various levels of website maintenance packages, which fundamentally include regular updates to the core system and plugins, security monitoring, backups, and rollback support. We also provide a one-month free bug-fix warranty.
Do I need to prepare the website content (text and images) beforehand?
While we can offer content writing and image sourcing services, we strongly recommend you provide the core business messaging and brand assets to ensure authenticity and effectiveness.
