III. Service Scope and Exclusions
Backups and Data Responsibility
We provide daily automated backups as a convenience measure. However, the Client is ultimately responsible for maintaining current, local copies of all website content and data. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from backup failures or user error.
Maintenance Exclusions
Our service includes server-level monitoring and security patches. It does not include the following tasks, which are the Client’s responsibility unless a separate Managed Maintenance Plan is purchased.
Updating themes, plugins, or WordPress core versions.
Troubleshooting code errors ($500$ errors) or database corruption caused by third-party software.

The following fixed fees apply to work requested after the initial setup. Complex work not listed will default to the standard hourly rate.
