Web Design Package Terms and Conditions

1. Payment and Project Commencement

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required to formally commence the web design project.

• Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due prior to the final delivery or launch of the website (whichever comes first).

• Access Provision: Full website files, ownership transfer, and launch will be withheld until the final payment is received in full.

2. Scope and Customization

• Design Framework: All packages are built upon a premium, quality design framework. We provide in-depth customization based on the client’s selected blocks and content to achieve a custom design result, rather than a simple template application.

• Block Selection: The Client may select different blocks or layouts available within the chosen framework to express specific content requirements.

3. Client Responsibilities and Content

• Content Deadline: The Client is required to provide all necessary website text, images, and other media content within 14 days of the project commencement date (after the deposit is paid).

• Project Delays: Failure to deliver content within this 14-day window may result in the project timeline being rescheduled and a potential pause on work until the content is fully received.

4. Exclusions and Limitations

• Structured Revision Limit To ensure project efficiency and focused feedback, revisions are strictly structured across three key phases rather than a single project limit:
  
  Phase 1: Concept & Wireframe
  Initial layout and structural approval
  2 Rounds of Major Revisions

  Phase 2: Homepage Design Finalisation
  Visual design, colour, and typography adjustments.
  3 Rounds of Minor Adjustments

  Phase 3: Inner Page Template Approval
  Approval of generic inner page styles and templates.
  2 Rounds of Minor Adjustments

  Exceeding Revision Limits
  Any revisions requested by the Client beyond the specified limit for each phase will be subject to an additional hourly fee of £60/hour. This additional charge must be agreed upon in writing before further work is commenced.

• Excluded Services: Packages do not include professional photography, video production, advanced animation creation, copywriting, or premium stock image licensing. These services must be quoted and purchased separately.

• Technical Scope: The service is limited to the functionalities provided by the core website builder –  Elementor Pro and its included standard features. Complex third-party API integrations or custom code development are not included and will require a separate quotation.

5. Warranty and Maintenance

• Post-Launch Warranty: We provide a 30-day warranty period following the website launch to fix any functional bugs or defects caused by the design or development work.

• Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover issues arising from client error, unauthorized modifications, or updates to third-party plugins that occur after the launch date.
